What is Naturopathy?

Naturoapth’s use natural evidence based medicine to treat acute and chronic illnesses in both male and females for all ages. It is a highly effective modality for the prevention of illness and maintenance of ongoing well-being. Naturopaths treat the underlying cause within the body to achieve optimal health and well-being.

What to expect when you see a Naturopath?

Allow 1 hour for your initial consultation and 30 minutes at your subsequent reviews consultations. At each consultation a thorough case history is taken to fully assess your health status by looking into your personal and family medical history, lifestyle factors, stress and environmental factors.

Our practitioner’s will take your blood pressure and use pathology, such as blood tests results as a means to provide scientific evidence in each individual we see. At the end of a comprehensive consultation you will be given a tailored treatment plan that may included nutritional and lifestyle changes and you may be prescribed tailored practitioner only vitamins and mineral or herbal medicine. Naturopaths work with other health care professionals to ensure you are getting the best care possible.
